No. J05 / 2270/2004), hereinafter referred to as Allegro Apartments, directly manages the site www.allegroapartments.ro, the content of images, texts, web graphics, scripts, and other data on this site may not be reproduced, modified, transferred, published, displayed, transmitted or recorded without the prior written consent of the site.

Allegro Apartments reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions, as well as to the structure of the site, without prior notice and without specifying the reasons.

2. CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS
By filling in the forms within the site www.allegroapartments.ro, the User agrees with the form of communication (telephone or e-mail) through which the Allegro Apartments carries out its commercial operations.

3. ORDER

The user can make bookings through the forms on www.allegroapartments.ro or through e-mail addresses.

Warranty and cancellation conditions:

• • in case of reservations more than 7 days before the starting date of the accommodation, in order to guarantee your reservation it is necessary to pay an advance of 20% of the total value of the reservation, minimum value of the first night accommodation rate, in maximum 48 hours after the booking occurs. Payment of 80% of the total value of the reservation will be made 7 days before the start of the stay or as agreed with the client
• in case of reservations less than 7 days before the starting date of the accommodation, in order to be able to guarantee your reservation, the full payment of the reservation is required within a maximum 48 hours after the booking occurs
• Check in: after 15:00, Check out: until 10.00
• Arrival before 15:00 and departure after 10:00 will be honoured subject to availability
• Cancellation or modification of a reservation will be allowed subject to availability. The customer can cancel the reservation FREE of charge no later than 7 days before arrival, in which case the advance payment will be refunded by one of the following methods: bank transfer to the account provided by the customer or full reversal of the transaction on the card with which the payment was made online.
  If it is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, the client will be charged the rate of the first night of accommodation, in which case the difference between the advance paid and the rate of the first night of accommodation will be refunded by one of the following ways: bank transfer provided by the customer or the partial reversal of the transaction on the card with which the online payment was made
  No show will be charged with 100% of the total accommodation rate and will cancel the rest of the reservation period.
  If the reservation has been paid in full before the start of the stay, in case of cancellation the amount will be refunded partially / totally according to the above conditions.
• Exceptions to the above conditions will be treated individually by contacting the customer through one of the agreed methods (email, message)
• The displayed price is the standard one, the lower price is considered off season period(before 10 of July and after 10 of September), the higher price is considered season period(from 10 of July to 10 of September) to which various group or period discounts can be applied

4. BILLING

The displayed price is the standard one, to which discounts can be applied depending on the number of people and the booking period.

The advance payment will be made through one of the following methods:

• online with Visa / Mastercard bank card via a secure payment link provided by MobilPay (Netopia Payments) attached to the proforma invoice issued by the company through the SmartBill platform
• by bank transfer to the account of SC GEFRAMA SRL

5. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Allegro Apartments reserves the right to supplement and modify any information on the SITE.

Allegro Apartments is not liable for damages caused by the failure of the Site.

The maximum value of the obligations towards any user in case of non-delivery or improper delivery is the value of the amounts collected from the respective buyer.

6. FRAUD
Any attempt to access the personal data of another user or to modify the content of the site www.allegroapartments.ro or to affect the performance of the server on which the site www.allegroapartments.ro runs will be considered an attempt to defraud the site. www.allegroapartments.ro and will lead to the initiation of a criminal investigation against the person or persons who tried this.
